WIP-Glorious Glory

I know it's been "waaaay" a while, but I'll just cut to the chase. I think by far this will be my first semi-realism artwork to be uploaded. I did a few last time but never really got to upload because.... at that time I think those pieces sucked at lot.

Semi-realism isn't really my strongest colouring skill so to speak. And so this time, I present one to you.

It's still a work-in-progress, of course I have not work on the details, and with this, I need some comments. What are the flaws? Did I get the facial features right, or weird? Eyes look kinda cold or evil? Hair too lion-ish? Are the colours too hard, need a softer tone? Etc etc etc...

The more things you guys can help to point out, the better.
